Struggling with Life’s Challenges? Therapy Can Help.

Being human can be tough. If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or eager to improve your mental health and emotional well-being, therapy can be a powerful tool for change.

I offer psychodynamic psychotherapy, a form of talk therapy that helps you explore deeper, often hidden thoughts and feelings. Together, we'll uncover the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that shape your current behaviors and emotions. By understanding what drives you beneath the surface, you can create lasting, meaningful change.

Through this process, you’ll gain:
-Greater self-awareness to understand your emotions and reactions
-Improved emotional well-being and mental clarity
-Healthier relationships with yourself and others
A stronger, more authentic sense of self

Therapy isn’t just about addressing struggles—it’s about helping you thrive.

HOW I WORK
I strive to create a confidential, safe, and compassionate space—one where you feel heard and respected. When appropriate, I also bring a sense of playfulness to our work, as I believe that healing doesn’t always have to be heavy. In this space, you’re free to explore your thoughts, feelings, and life experiences without judgment.

Together, we’ll:
-Identify your challenges, goals, and strengths
-Gain a deeper understanding of your emotions and thought patterns
-Work at a pace that feels right for you, focusing on the issues impacting your mental health and emotional well-being

My goal is to support you on your journey toward self-discovery, personal growth, and greater emotional resilience. Through this process, you can build a more fulfilling, balanced life aligned with your authentic self.

As a psychodynamic psychotherapist, I offer medium- to long-term therapy, helping you explore deeper patterns and relationships over time. I work with individuals in 50-minute virtual or phone sessions, typically meeting weekly or biweekly to support consistent growth and reflection.

ABOUT ME
I am a versatile person with a diverse range of skills, from the arts to logistics to technical systems. Whether it’s building, fixing, or creating, I find joy in working with whatever’s available to bring ideas to life. This creative, hands-on approach also shapes how I work in therapy—adapting to each person’s unique needs.

I found my way to psychotherapy during a challenging time in my own life when I needed support. Facing my unhealthy patterns and learning how to care for myself was tough, but it helped me understand what I truly wanted, what was holding me back, and what a fulfilling life looked like for me.

Now, as a psychotherapist, I’m passionate about helping others on their own journeys of self-discovery and healing. I know how transformative it can be to have someone alongside you as you explore your inner world, and it's an honour to offer that support.
