Working together, I have helped clients overcome OCD, social anxiety, anger management difficulties, improve their understanding of a loved one's diagnosis and more. I provide an open, honest and empathetic environment for my clients to explore and make sense of their thoughts and feelings. Collaboratively, we choose tools and strategies that will empower them to make meaningful and lasting change in their lives.
