My main goal is to help individuals, including children (8 years +), teens, and adults, navigate life’s most challenging moments. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing grief/loss, those living with or caregiving for someone with a chronic/life-limiting illness, end of life, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and neurodivergent/ASD including support for parents.
My therapeutic approach is guided by Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness-Based Therapy from a strengths-based, trauma-informed lens.
