I work with adult clients who are carrying the long shadows of complex trauma, relational rupture, attachment wounding, and the grief of disconnection—from others, from self. Many come to me after heartbreak, family estrangement, or a loss of identity in patterns of codependence or emotional overwhelm.

My lens is deeply relational, embodied and trauma-informed. Before we jump into strategies, we first build the steady, safe relationship that supports the parts of you that have hidden, adapted, protected, or turned away. In that holding space, old defences gently soften, self-compassion emerges, and new ways of being become possible.

My specialty areas include:

Childhood emotional neglect and long-term attachment wounds

Relational trauma (breakups, divorce, friendship, family dynamics, and the grief that follows)

Emotional regulation, anxiety, self-compassion, self-esteem & boundary work

Inner Child/ Reparenting/ Parts Work

Highly sensitive or empathic individuals

Integration of body, nervous system & mind through somatic, mindfulness-based, and parts-work (IFS) approaches.

Success Story

Many of my clients have endured deep relational wounds; years of feeling unseen, dismissed, or misunderstood. When we begin therapy, I take time to gently explore their history, helping them make sense of how their experiences shaped their emotions, relationships, and sense of safety.

As they start to feel understood — not analyzed, but known — something begins to shift. Layers of protection soften. The parts that learned to hide begin to trust that they can be seen and still be safe.

One client described it as being both seen, understood, and held with softness.

In that space of compassion and attunement, healing naturally unfolds. Clients begin to internalize this sense of safety, extending to themselves the same understanding they experienced in therapy — realizing they no longer have to carry their story alone.
