I am a Registered Psychotherapist passionate about creating a supportive and collaborative atmosphere in which you can heal at your own pace.My background is in working as a therapist with children, teens, adults and families. I have a particular interest in working with folks with low mood, disordered eating,relationships dynamics, gender identities and work/school stress. I draw from an integrative client-centered approach and use tools from play therapy, 3rd wave cognitive behaviour therapies, and dyadic developmental therapy. My style of therapy is playful and compassionate.
