I am a Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of experience providing comprehensive healthcare across a wide range of primary care settings. Throughout my career, I have worked with diverse patient populations and have developed a strong interest in mental health, with a particular focus on ADHD, anxiety, depression, executive functioning challenges, and related conditions.
My approach is patient-centered, collaborative, and evidence-based. I believe that effective mental health care begins with taking the time to understand each individual's unique experiences, strengths, and challenges. I strive to create a supportive, respectful, and non-judgmental environment where patients feel comfortable discussing their concerns and actively participating in treatment decisions.
I have experience conducting comprehensive mental health assessments, ADHD evaluations, diagnostic clarification, and medication management. I work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that may include psychoeducation, behavioural strategies, lifestyle interventions, and pharmacological treatment when appropriate.
My goal is to help patients gain a deeper understanding of their symptoms, improve daily functioning, build resilience, and achieve meaningful improvements in their overall well-being. I am committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care and supporting patients throughout their mental health journey.
I am licensed and authorized to provide Nurse Practitioner services to patients residing in Ontario and Alberta, in accordance with the applicable provincial regulatory requirements and standards of practice.
