In the Mindful way and with compassion, I have been practicing both Psychotherapy and Sexotherapy for over 35 years. I later included Family Mediation, which added to the "wholeness" of the practice. I specialize in Stress, Trauma and ongoing Pain (SToP) in many types of issues, including addictions, autism, conflict resolution, couples, sexualities, etc. I learned over the years a phletora of approaches and techniques to help clients achieve their goals: C.B.T., E.F.T., E.M.D.R., Systemic, Psychodynamic, Strategic Intervention, KBB, etc.
