My name is Lola and I support individuals and couples across a wide range of concerns, primarily centring on OCD, complex trauma, dissociation, chronic shame, emotional dysregulation, and long-standing relational patterns. As someone with lived experience navigating trauma, neurodivergence, and OCD, I know how difficult it can be to find care that is affirming, evidence-based, and non-pathologizing—especially for complex, chronic, or treatment-resistant presentations. This is what grounds my passion for working with people whose stories don’t fit neatly into one box, and who may have felt misunderstood or dismissed in past.
I welcome all, and am passionate about working with other 2SLGBTQ+, disabled, and/or neurodivergent folks. As someone who shares identities in these communities, I understand the weight of navigating healthcare systems that aren't always designed for us. It means a lot to be trusted, and I’ll always do my best to meet you with care, respect, and attunement.
I offer integrative, trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, neurodivergent-affirming care using approaches like ERP, ACT, Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT), IFS, DBT-informed, polyvagal-informed, and somatic tools. I also run low-cost OCD groups for adults. My work is relational, collaborative, and always tailored to your values, needs, and ways of being in the world.
