Hi there! I work with individuals ranging from early adolescents to adults in person and online, specializing in depression, anxiety, chronic pain, and chronic stress management. I come from a place of lived experience, growing up with mental illness from a young age and an ever-growing curiosity and passion to learn more about working with mental health to live a fulfilling life. I come from a collaborative and holistic approach that combines biology, psychology, and sociology to give my clients the best chance for success.

Success Story

My biggest success will always be seeing a client come from a place of uncertainty and defence to feeling safe to trust and grow in therapy. Working on ourselves feels like a given, but it is much easier said than done. When someone can come to me in session and say "everything was ok, it all worked out" I consider it a true success that I will never stop aiming to achieve.
