I am a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology student at Yorkville University. I have over seven years of experience supporting women, children, and youth, seeking safety and healing after leaving abusive relationships and unsafe home environments. Through this work, I have developed a skillset assisting individuals navigating challenges with depression, anxiety, addiction, generational trauma, abuse, unhealthy relationship dynamics and more. I also hold a Diploma in Child and Youth Care from Lambton College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Queen’s University.
