I show up in relationship authentically and with compassion. I provide a safe, non-judgemental space, holding your experiences and emotions with the utmost care. Every part of your story is important, and I intend to listen very carefully and thoughtfully.

Together we are sharing space and making sense, collaboratively; safety and trust are both essential. My client-led, psychodynamic approach is supported by my aim to work through an anti-racist, intersectional feminist, anti-oppressive lens.

I know that sense of overwhelm you can feel when you think about asking for help, especially if you live on the margins. I can relate to how the unknown of this can feel daunting, and how the inner work that lies ahead can feel all too much. I won’t tell you that healing is easy, but it’s worth it – and this isn’t a journey you have to embark on alone. You can shoulder it all, but you don’t have to.

Relationally, the therapeutic dynamic is a mutual process, one built with empathic understanding, mindfulness and curiosity. We will explore what you bring forward at a pace that feels right for you. This is your time and your space. And when you feel ready, we will face the difficult pieces of your story, together.
