I work from a holistic approach and proven techniques combined with empathy, validation and guidance. Passionate about holding space for individuals navigating life's challenges, my goal is to support you in managing overwhelming feelings while also empowering you to draw on your inner resources and strengths to create meaningful change.
I support individuals with anxiety, stress, depression, coping skills, emotion regulation, self-esteem, and life transitions. While I draw primarily from the techniques of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Compassion Focused Therapy, I value the uniqueness of each individual and tailor the therapeutic approach to best meet individual needs in a way that is trauma informed and culturally-sensitive.
