We are a therapy centre where we strive to make therapy easy to access and down to earth. We are a group of Psychotherapists and Social Workers who have a combined experience of over 30 years in the area of mental health. All of us have our own personal experiences with struggles of different kinds and we know first hand how helpful therapy with a kind, caring and skilled therapist can be. We aim to be the therapy centre that people recommend as we strive to connect with people on a human level while offering them evidence based therapy.

Programs

We are trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Dialectal Behaviour Therapy, Emotionally Focused Couples, Emotionally Focused Individual, Emotionally Focused Family Therapy, Emotionally Focused Trauma Therapy and Mindfulness Integrated Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.
