Anastasia Machan is the Owner and Centre Director of Second Nature Family Health & Wellness Centre in Ottawa. Along with being a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), Anastasia holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology, a Master of Arts Degree in Women's and Gender Studies, is an Early Childhood Educator, and is an international psychoeducator and speaker. Her practice, Second Nature, is a multidisciplinary clinic that provides holistic, attachment-based support for neurodiverse children, youth, and their families. Second Nature provides play therapy, counselling and psychotherapy services, speech therapy, occupational therapy, holistic nutrition, and naturopathic services.
Anastasia has three neurodiverse children of her own, an experience that has shaped (and continues to shape) her understanding of children, youth, family, and mental health.
