I’m a Registered Psychotherapist and Naturopathic Doctor with a deep belief that healing happens at the intersection of biology and meaning. My work integrates existential and humanistic, psychodynamic, mindfulness-based, cognitive-behavioural, and narrative approaches, drawing on an understanding of how lifestyle, hormones, neurotransmitters, and biochemistry influence our inner world.
In my practice, I help people explore the stories they live by: their emotions, patterns, and values, while also addressing the physiological roots of mood, energy, and resilience. I see symptoms not as problems to fix, but as signals of disconnection: from the body, from others, or from one’s own sense of purpose.
Grounded in existential and humanistic traditions, my approach is holistic and relational. Together, we work toward awareness, emotional regulation, and self-compassion, integrating the body’s wisdom with the mind’s insight so that you can feel more grounded, vital, and at home within yourself.

Success Story
When someone comes in feeling unheard, overwhelmed, and disconnected from their body, I start by listening. Often, when people are given space to slow down and speak freely about their symptoms, they begin connecting their own dots. Together, we explore their story and their data: their physical symptoms, emotional patterns, and what they already intuitively know about their body. In my naturopathic practice, this sometimes includes reviewing blood work to ground the process in physiology, focusing on hormones, biochemistry, and biologically grounded systems thinking.
From there, we co-create patient-centred, practical tools while holding space for insight, awareness, and movement.
One client with ADHD came in feeling completely paralyzed by overwhelm: her health, relationships, and routines all felt like a sinking ship. Over time, as we balanced her daily rhythms and explored the deeper narratives around her past, family, and sense of self, she began to reclaim agency. She now describes feeling more emotionally resilient, more at home in her body, and able to make choices that align with her values rather than being driven by fear or fatigue. Her relationships have deepened, her energy is steadier, and she feels empowered in caring for both her body and mind.
