I understand that life is full of challenges – some seen, some unseen. Whether you’re struggling with setting boundaries, searching for balance, battling negative thoughts, or feeling overwhelmed by life’s responsibilities, I’m here to help you navigate your journey.
I specialize in guiding individuals through emotional and personal trauma, helping them confront impostor syndrome, negative self-talk, and feelings of being stuck. My mission is to empower you with the tools to grow, reflect, and thrive.

I believe in creating a safe and supportive space where vulnerability is welcomed and self-awareness is nurtured. As your therapist, I am committed to showing up for you, so you can learn to show up for yourself. Expect to be challenged – because moving forward requires courage and effort. “Your trauma doesn’t define you; the way you overcome it does.”

I specialize in Depression, Anxiety, Self-Esteem, Stress Management, Work issues (e.g., career change, job loss, ineffective communication, etc.), PTSD, and Suicide Ideation. Success Story

I am a Registered Psychotherapist and author of two books. I like to educate and eradicate the stigma around mental health, especially in communities of color. My battles with mental illness predicated my advocacy for Mental Health, and I want to help people get the support they need. I invest in my clients' healing, and I like to encourage and facilitate each person's unique growth and development. My mission is to provide education, hope, support, and healing. My faith drives and guides my practice with an always non-judgmental mindset.
