I am a Gestalt-trained Psychotherapist with an arts background. I enjoy bringing creative (arts-based) experiments into my work with clients. I work with individuals 16 years and older on a wide variety of issues; however, my specific areas of interest are helping people process grief, exploring transitions in life (beginnings, endings and shifts) and working with recently diagnosed neurodivergent people and/or the parents of neurodivergent kids. I also love creating a safe, supportive space in which clients can explore their sensations, feelings and thoughts. I work relationally and in an embodied way to help clients access parts of themselves that may be difficult to discuss in words.
