Have you always had an alternative approach to lifestyle, relationship, or spirituality, and wonder if you'll ever find a therapist who will "get" you? Reaching out for help is half the battle, and together we can create a safe space where you can develop understanding, heal, and transform. Using a wholistic approach acknowledging the body, mind, and spirit, I highlight client strengths to offer an alternative perspective rooted in positive psychology. I proudly support the LGBTQI+ community.
Life often presents us with challenging situations that can make it difficult for us to cope, which may result in anxiety, depression, grief, and stress. I can help you address these issues, along with difficult life transitions, gender and sexuality queries, relationship issues, past trauma and matters of self-exploration and discovery.
I am here to “meet you where you are at,” and with your help, collaboratively design a therapeutic path to help address the concerns that you bring to therapy. We will take the time you need to develop a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship that can act as a container where you can vent, grow, and explore your inner world. Together we will rewrite your story and uncover the strength you need to become the you you have always wanted to be.
I offer psychotherapy services exclusively by secure phone and video. Book your free consultation or full session online now: inneralchemypsychotherapy.janeapp.com
