My practice offers individual, family and couples therapy to patients of all ages.
From anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, personality and mood disorders, grief, trauma, and LGBTQ+ issues, I can help you with your current or long-term mental health concerns. Various treatment types, including CBT, DBT, EMDR, psychoeducation, and mindfulness, are available.
