I work with youth who are concerned about their relationships with their peers, feel insecure in social settings, overthink, or feel overwhelmed and unable to cope with multiple demands, or feel constantly sad and low, or feel empty. I work with adults who have low mood, anxiety, feel unheard, angry, or have difficulties coping with small or large demands. Overall, we work together to identify the concerns that are most important to you and guide you to reach your meaningful goals. I aim to create a safe and compassionate space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings in a culturally safe and trauma-informed approach.
We may achieve this through different interventions, including but not limited to increasing self-awareness and acceptance, addressing self-criticism, emotional regulation and committing to actions that are helpful to you.
