Member of College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO)
Thomas draws from his extensive experience in mental health and two decades of teaching improvisation theatre to help individuals, couples, and families cultivate positive change in their lives. He believes that by exploring the dark spots within ourselves and uncovering our strengths, we’re able to find creative solutions to address the unique challenges we face.
Thomas helps people find the courage to confront life’s challenges, recognizing that we must first become self-aware before seeking a deeper understanding of ourselves and others. He believes this awareness allows us to live a more fulfilling, meaningful, and purposeful life.
Thomas has a calm, creative, and authentic approach. He embraces his clients’ diversity while helping them heal from past trauma, regain confidence and direction during stressful times, and build more fulfilling connections with the people and activities in their lives.
He has experience working with individuals struggling with depression, loss of motivation, mood changes, anxiety, extreme fears, personality issues, and addictions. He has a particular interest in supporting people with complex histories of mental health and addictions, challenges with managing stress and anxiety, and building and repairing intimate relationships.
