Whether you’re returning to therapy or starting for the first time, our work together is about supporting who you are and what you need.

We will give time and space to a process of exploration. This allows you to become present with ‘what is’ – but you don’t have to go there alone. I will support you to deepen your awareness of ‘who you are’ and ‘how you are’ in this world. This is hard work, and often uncomfortable, but it’s the work of self-discovery that gives you more choice and the flexibility to change.

Let's kick-start those vital inner resources and supports we tend to lose when we feel challenged (and/or are living in a challenged world). Let's learn how to be with hard feelings and experiences, in a way that is more manageable. It is my aim that our efforts together give you access to greater parts of you, a new and fluid perspective, a sense of inner safety, and the ease to choose, express, and rest.

I will meet you with sensitivity, curiosity, honesty, and humour. I combine Gestalt Therapy with mindfulness, and CBT tools, into a trauma-informed practice. My approach is relational, embodied, playful, compassionate and intuitive. Most importantly, I join you in this exploration with the knowledge that you have the natural and inherent ability to restore, heal and regain balance.
