At the core of my practice is the belief in the transformative power of a client-centered relationship. I’m committed to creating a warm, trusting, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their unique stories. I aim to empower individuals to tap into their inner strength and capacity for change, guiding them toward personal growth and healing. I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients with a wide range of issues, such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, stress, workplace challenges, relationship difficulties, self-esteem struggles, parenting, life transitions, and trauma.

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist and Canadian Certified Counsellor with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, and I take an integrative and person-centered approach to therapy.

I draw from a variety of effective modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Based Therapy (SFBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).
