People-pleaser, perfectionist, caretaker, rescuer, fixer… We all have defenses that help us move through life. There comes a time, however, when one or more of our defenses doesn’t work for us any longer. This is when therapy can help.

You want to trust your choices, but don’t know if you can. All you know is that it’s not possible to go forward the same way. Something needs to change.
Sometimes you just need to talk things through to get clarity around what you want. This may be difficult if you are feeling a sense of disconnectedness with your Self. Maybe it’s time to detach from other people’s expectations so you can reconnect with your own needs and wants. My aim is to guide you in challenging old beliefs that you may need to let go of and change.
