I am an authentic therapist, in that I use Relational techniques with several modalities that speak to me as a (wounded healer) therapist and the therapeutic relationship with the client to model true self. I often use several modalities with clients, depending on what they respond to best and am flexible to adjust approaches.
This is my encore career and have many years of lived experience in relationships, family issues, career issues, divorce, addiction, recovery, re-invention of self, resilience and purserverance. My previous career was in natural health and fair trade. I worked in many different positions, as well as owning my own business in the industry giving me a well rounded expereince of career development. I have gained important life skills, emotional regulation skills, self-awareness, compassion inquiry skills and empathy for my clients with my lived expereince.
