Credentials Verified by PM
I have over 10 years experience of working with individuals, particularly children, teens, and adults, experiencing conduct issues, anxiety, mood disorders, and other behavioral problems. I am bilingual (English-Spanish). I am an assertive and a results oriented type of person. I enjoy building a relationship that is genuine, empathetic, and positive for my clients, because I firmly believe that it is through a supportive relationship that the healing begins and therapeutic results are delivered. I recognized my passion for school and clinical child psychology during my first job as an educational assistant. Since then, I have worked as a School Psychologist and have conducted several undergraduate psychology courses. Recently, I have been working as an Academic Coach for students with learning disabilities and mental health issues.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative, relaxed, and validating, so sessions resemble a conversation, not a traditional doctor/patient visit.
I focus on delivering psychotherapy that combines CBT, Neurofeedback and EMDR.
I find these tools help address the symptoms of the body and the mind, and neither should be neglected as they all play a roll.

Success Story
Therapy is a way out of feeling helpless & hopeless. At The Insight Clinic our priority is getting you results. We focus on building a genuine, empathetic, & positive relationship with you that will bring out your strengths and move you to a better place. Whether for you or a loved one, seeking help to improve your relationships, emotional regulation, & quality of life can be daunting. It's normal to feel doubt. We use a non-judgemental approach that considers the influence of traumatic memories on current issues. This will shed light onto solutions you haven’t seen before.
I use evidence-based treatments and interventions that help the mind and the brain: such as CBT and neurofeedback. Together we will dive deep into self-knowledge and develop self-love. You will be able to overcome the fears, traumatic events, or family crisis that has perhaps left you feeling helpless and hopeless.
You are stronger than you know. You just need support and guidance you may not have had before. If you are tired of trying to heal on your own, it’s time to come in and get some help. Let's talk, and together we will come up with a plan to make a positive change.
In collaborative practice with Psychiatrists for diagnosis and medication management.
