Have you ever felt like you are carrying so much internally while trying to appear okay on the outside? Many people come to therapy feeling emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, exhausted from overthinking, or stuck in patterns they cannot fully explain. Often, they are insightful and self-aware, yet still find themselves overthinking, people-pleasing, struggling in relationships, or feeling anxious and emotionally drained. Therapy can be a space to slow down, feel more grounded in yourself, and begin creating change that feels steady, supportive, and sustainable rather than overwhelming.
My approach is collaborative, warm, and grounded in the belief that meaningful healing happens when we make room for the full experience of being human; emotionally, mentally, physically, relationally, and spiritually when that feels important to you. Together, we explore your experiences with curiosity rather than judgment.
I integrate inventions that are trauma-informed, nervous system/somatic informed, and emotions focused to support lasting change. I specialize in anxiety, emotional overwhelm, disconnection, relational difficulties, and the effects of stress and trauma. Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, especially when you have been carrying things alone.
