The uncertainty of today's world has left many individuals feeling overwhelmed, anxious, isolated, and unsure how to deal with life stressors. I am here to help provide a sense of direction and support adults who are experiencing all types of challenges, including anxiety, trauma, addictions, and self-esteem difficulties. Using a trauma-informed approach, I help you feel safe, grounded, and resourced before dealing with painful memories so that you do not feel overwhelmed in the present. My goal is to help you regain your peace-of-mind, overcome shame, and regain a sense of confidence in directing your life.

I believe that collaboration is key to therapy. Using a Feedback Informed Treatment (FIT) approach, I regularly check in with you to ensure we are on track with your goals and to ensure our sessions are effective for what you are looking for. I offer a variety of therapeutic approaches in-person or online to be able to be flexible to your needs.

I understand how it may be difficult to trust someone to be vulnerable with. My goal is to provide a non-judgmental space for you to release some of the stress and worries that have been consuming your personal well-being, and develop tools and strategies to manage challenges you are faced with.
