At Odyssey Psychotherapy, I honour the winding, often non-linear path of healing. With over a decade of experience in the field of mental health, I, Sharmila Jaihindraj, offer a depth-oriented approach to psychotherapy that integrates psychoanalytic psychotherapy and EMDR to help individuals navigate trauma, anxiety, and addiction.

What I Treat:
Trauma: Including developmental, interpersonal, cultural, generational, cumulative, and intrapsychic trauma.
Anxiety: Often experienced as internal conflict, loneliness, fear of loss or death, or overwhelming stress responses.
Addiction: Encompassing substance use and process addiction (Example: video games and phone)

My goal is to help you uncover insights that continue to support your growth and resilience long after our sessions conclude.
