I always feel privileged when people take me on their journey through healing and self-discovery. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is a partnership that is built on trust and emotional safety. Throughout my years of providing counselling services, I have seen that we all have the strength to move through challenging situations.
I practice from a non-judgmental, client-centred, trauma-informed lens, providing integrative, generalist services using skills and techniques from multiple models of therapy. I have years of experience working with anxiety, depression, and serious mental illness. I integrate an adult attachment lens into sessions when requested to explore how early childhood experiences can influence a person's current daily life.
I work with individuals (16 years and older), couples, and families (with children 16 years and older) who are experiencing challenging circumstances.
