I work primarily with adults and couples who are longing for more connection, ease, and authenticity. My approach is eclectic and collaborative. I view your concerns through a trauma-informed, systemic lens to compassionately identify patterns that no longer work for you. From there, we can work with your mind, emotions, and nervous system to create new and preferred ways of being in your life and relationships. As a therapist with ADHD, I have a special interest in working with late-diagnosed neurodivergent clients (eg, ADHD, C-PTSD, autism, etc.) and neurodiverse partners.

I believe that healing happens within the context of safe relationships, and I see the therapy relationship as a vessel for healing. Building safety and trust in our relationship is a top priority for me. With this as our foundation, I can help you move towards the life you desire through curiosity, compassion, gentle experiential exercises, and humour.

Note: Helping you connect with a therapist who's the right fit is my priority. If my schedule is at capacity when you reach out, I'd be happy to provide you with a personalized referral to a colleague who I think would be a good fit for you.
