I know how easy it is to look like you’re managing—while quietly feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, or unsure where to turn. Many of the people I work with have spent a long time trying to sort things out on their own. They’re often thoughtful, capable, and used to being the one others rely on. But being alone at the helm can be exhausting.
Therapy with me isn’t about quick solutions. It’s about understanding how your experiences have shaped the way you feel, think, and relate to others—and what might begin to shift when those patterns are brought into awareness. I draw from a range of approaches, but at the core, I work with people, not protocols.
Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to have it all figured out before you walk in. We start with where you are—what’s been feeling stuck, heavy, or confusing—and we work from there.

Success Story

In the beginning, I’ll take time to understand not just what’s going on right now, but how you’ve come to relate to yourself, others, and the world over time. This isn’t about digging up the past just to revisit old pain—it’s about understanding how earlier experiences might still shape your patterns today, often outside of your awareness.
You might notice that certain situations keep triggering the same emotional responses, or that some parts of yourself feel hard to access or trust. In session, we can slow down and look at those experiences together—gently, without judgment.
This is a process of change, not a quick fix. Often, the issues we’re facing now are tied to experiences we’ve had before—sometimes in ways we haven’t fully recognized. Together, we’ll work to understand how your past and present connect, how certain patterns keep repeating, and where there might be room for something new.
We might look at how you respond to stress, relationships, or emotion. We’ll talk about what you’ve learned to keep inside, what feels hard to express, or what you’ve felt alone in carrying. The aim isn’t just to cope better—but to understand yourself more deeply, so change becomes possible from the inside out.
