I use neurodiversity-affirming therapies and work from a polyvagal-informed lens. I incorporate body-centred and somatic approaches that integrate narrative and emotionally focused therapies to empower clients in identifying and reconstructing the meanings they carry about their experiences. I work to provide clients with a therapeutic space that is collaborative and rooted in genuine connection, acceptance, and empathy to process thoughts, feelings, and emotions safely.
I facilitate opportunities that support clients in identifying and reflecting on their values, beliefs, hopes and dreams that align with their identity and authenticity to foster continued growth and empowerment on their healing journey.
