You’re exhausted from trying to keep it all together. Always overthinking, always analyzing, always wondering if you said the wrong thing or cared too much, or not enough. You keep showing up for others while quietly shrinking yourself. You’re emotionally tired, burnt out from trying so hard to feel better, be better, or figure out who you are beneath it all.

Maybe you're stuck in patterns you can see but can’t seem to change. Or you're carrying pain no one else notices because you’ve learned how to hide it well. And underneath all of it, there’s a part of you that knows it doesn’t have to feel this hard.

I support teens, young adults, and parents through anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and self-esteem challenges. Using IFS, DBT, mindful awareness, and trauma-informed care, I offer both weekly therapy and focused therapy intensives- longer sessions designed for deeper insight, emotional regulation, and meaningful change.

You deserve more ease, more clarity, and more grounded relationships with others and with yourself. This is a space where you don’t have to pretend, push through, or hold everything alone. You’re allowed to take up space here.

If you’re curious about working together, you’re welcome to book a complimentary 20-minute phone consult to see if it feels like a good fit.

Online booking is available on my website.

Success Story

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside many young people navigating anxiety, low self-worth, and the weight of past experiences. Many clients arrive in therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure where to begin. Through gentle, consistent work, blending parts work, mindfulness, and emotion regulation strategies, they gradually learn to recognize and care for the parts of themselves that felt anxious, self-critical, or stuck.
As therapy progresses, clients often build confidence in their ability to manage difficult emotions, set boundaries, and make meaningful shifts in their relationships and daily life. Witnessing their growth and renewed sense of self continues to remind me how powerful healing can be when someone feels safe, seen, and supported.
