I help both Individuals and couples that have experienced any type of relationship trauma. I work with them to develop strong positive relationships by building their own self-esteem and confidence. I specialize in working with young adults who have struggled with any relationships, whether it be with family, friends, or intimate relationships. I work on understanding attachment trauma and its impact on these types of relationships. Therefore providing tools and interventions so that clients understand how they can navigate effectively through these difficult situations.
