At Rooted in Resilience Psychotherapy & Wellness, we are a diverse, trauma-informed group practice committed to providing culturally responsive mental health care across Ontario. Our team of Registered Psychotherapists, Social Workers, and an Advanced Practice Nurse supports individuals, couples, children, youth, and families through a range of life challenges including anxiety, addictions, trauma, racial trauma, stress, relationship issues, grief, parenting support, and pre/postnatal mental health.

We offer therapy in multiple languages—English, French, Korean, Cantonese, Mandarin, Hindi, Gujarati and Urdu (children, teens and young adults) with more languages to come—to ensure accessibility and inclusion for the communities we serve. We also have practitioners who represent the Caribbean and various parts of the African Diaspora. Our services are grounded in evidence-based approaches such as CBT, EMDR, EFT, Narrative Therapy, IFS and Family Systems, and we tailor our care to reflect each client’s lived experience and cultural background.

Whether you’re seeking healing, clarity, or support through a difficult season, our mission is to offer a safe, affirming space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to thrive.
