Welcome! I am a Registered Social Worker, a Registered Psychotherapist, a Clinical Traumatologist, & an Internationally Certified Clinical Addiction Counsellor. I have obtained extensive education and experience in addiction, mental health, trauma and concurrent disorders over the past decade. My educational background includes a Master of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology (honours), a diploma in Professional Counselling, a diploma in Addiction Education and a certificate in Clinical Traumatology. I have worked in community, clinical, and employee & family assistance programs and have a demonstrated track record of success working with clients towards their goals.

My counselling style incorporates several therapeutic approaches including cognitive behavioural, solution-focused, and mindfulness-based therapy. By drawing on their strengths, I work with the client in meeting their unique goals. It is through this collaborative and flexible approach that clients can work towards meaningful change and personal growth.
