I am a Registered Psychotherapist (RP), Qualified Mediator, Family Law Arbitrator, Family Dispute Resolution Professional, and Clinical Supervisor with over 16 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, families, and organizations. I hold a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Niagara University, a Diploma in Mediation and Dispute Resolution from Herzing College, and a Certificate in Family Mediation. I provide psychotherapy, mediation, family dispute resolution, and arbitration-related services using a collaborative, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and client-centered approach.

My psychotherapy practice focuses on trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, relationship and marital concerns, separation and divorce, workplace stress, grief and loss, life transitions, chronic pain, sexual and relationship concerns, and family conflict. I provide individual, couples, family, and relationship therapy, as well as clinical supervision for Qualifying Registered Psychotherapists.

In addition to psychotherapy, I provide mediation services for individuals, couples, families, and organizations experiencing conflict or navigating significant life transitions. My mediation practice includes family and divorce mediation, separation and parenting disputes, family and intergenerational conflict, elder mediation, workplace mediation, and civil disputes. I help parties communicate more effectively, clarify their concerns and priorities, explore options, and work toward practical and mutually acceptable resolutions in a structured, respectful, and confidential environment.

I am a member of the Family Dispute Resolution Institute of Ontario (FDRIO), the ADR Institute of Ontario (ADRIO), and the ADR Institute of Canada (ADRIC). I have completed Family Law Arbitration training through Riverdale Mediation and hold Family Mediation and Mediation and Dispute Resolution credentials from Herzing College. My training and professional experience in psychotherapy, family dynamics, relationships, trauma, mediation, and dispute resolution allow me to bring a comprehensive perspective to complex interpersonal and family matters.

I also have specialized training through the Gottman Institute, including Leadership Training and Treating Trauma and Affairs, as well as Dating Coach certification through Hart Coaching Academy. I have experience in psychometric assessment as a Pearson Assessment Level C Psychometrist and have extensive experience working with first responders, veterans, individuals recovering from workplace injuries, and clients involved in motor vehicle accident claims.

I provide services to clients covered through WSIB, NIHB, VQRP, Veterans Affairs Canada, IFHP, and private insurance plans, and I am an Approved Healthcare Practitioner with the Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) Program.

I have particular experience working with South Asian individuals and families and understand the cultural, family, and intergenerational factors that can influence relationships, separation, divorce, and conflict. I offer services in English, Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu.

Whether you are seeking psychotherapy, relationship support, separation and divorce support, mediation, or assistance navigating family conflict, my goal is to provide a supportive, structured, culturally sensitive, and respectful environment that helps individuals and families move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
