I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in Ontario, with a genuine interest in humankind and diversity, and a passion for mental health and advocacy. While no one questions a physical ailment that is addressed when it persists to cause injury, mental health challenges that are similarly debilitating, are less often prioritized, and addressed in primary care. Consequently, many may suppress and hide their struggle to function. But choosing to pursue therapy is no less brave than silencing the suffering!

As a therapist, I employ a culturally sensitive, collaborative, and client-centered approach to therapy that seeks to establish an environment of stability, trust, safety, and non-judgement. The past two years have been especially taxing for all of us, leaving many of us feeling stalled in our previous trajectories, and perhaps struggling to navigate the financial, emotional, and mental challenges that have emerged. This can make it feel like reaching your potential is less achievable.

My focus will be to assist you in nurturing your strengths so that you are better able to take charge of the areas of your life that feel challenging. Alongside skills-building, there will be a space to identify your blind spots, or areas of growth. Everyone's path to realizing their potential is unique to them, so your therapy journey will be unique too.
