I am a dedicated Registered Psychotherapist committed to making a meaningful impact in the mental health field through compassionate, evidence-based care. My work focuses on supporting children, youth, adults, and families navigating trauma, attachment disruptions, and the unique experiences of neurodivergence.
Over the years, I have cultivated a therapeutic approach that integrates both structure and creativity—rooted in understanding each client’s story and meeting them exactly where they are. My clinical practice draws from EMDR, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, and art-based modalities, allowing me to tailor sessions to each individual’s needs.
I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider, and have completed EMDR Basic Training, with additional certifications in Child and Family Therapy. My background includes over eight years of experience across diverse mental health settings, working with individuals and families through complex emotional and relational challenges.
My work is guided by empathy, authenticity, and a belief in the body’s innate capacity to heal. I also offer walk-and-talk therapy, inviting clients to connect with themselves and nature in a way that encourages reflection, grounding, and nervous system regulation.
I am continually inspired by the resilience of those I work with and am dedicated to creating a space that is safe, inclusive, and empowering—where every client feels seen, understood, and supported in their journey toward healing.
