I have been fortunate enough throughout the last 15 years of working with clients, to have bared witness to many incredible changes, transformations, and the resiliency within them.
Having experienced the Canadian mental system, both the struggles and the support, I have taken many lessons and have applied them into my practice; the importance of both advocating and teaching someone to advocate for themselves, that laughter amongst the hurt is therapeutic and okay, and always to work from an Evidence Based Practice (which may mean homework!).
