Hi, I'm Olivia. I am a Registered Psychotherapist and Canadian Certified Counsellor with a master's degree in counselling psychology (2017) from Yorkville University. I live in Welland with my husband, my kiddos, two goldens and a tiny senior cat. I have a small practice in Fonthill, Ontario in the Niagara Region and see clients in-person and online.
My approach is person-centred and has its roots in emotion-focused, narrative, and attachment-based theories. I aim to make space for, honour and validate my clients: their life, their strengths, their past, their pain, their story. I don't follow step-by-step treatment manuals or place labels on my clients.
I specialize in working alongside people who are experiencing life transitions, stress, anxiety, depression, boundary-setting and trauma. I have specific experience in these areas:

I have a quiet, clean, cozy space where you can talk free of judgment, criticism or shame. We can offload and unpack what's on your mind in a safe, secure environment and focus on connection and making emotional sense of what's happened in the past and what's currently happening in our lives. Everyone has a story; I want to hear yours.
