Nice to meet you!
I am a Registered Psychotherapist #11304 who has been in private practice since 2007, with social work field experience that stretches into the early '90's.
My greatest privilege and stance in life has been to therapeutically support:
• Children (ages 6 and over);
• Adolescents who have experienced bullying and anxiety;
• Young adults trying to “find themselves” and create their life goals;
• Couples with communication, intimacy and post-affair-related challenges;
• Women (especially in leadership) trying to balance work, relationship and family-related stress;
• Athletes and artists with performance-related obstacles;
• Families trying to navigate grief, trauma and remarriage/stepparenting and blended challenges;
• People who have encountered cross-cultural and race-related issues;
• Spiritual and faith-related concerns;
My focus is on virtual appointments where I can reach those who need me all across Ontario.
