I am a Registered Psychotherapist with a passion for helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges with compassion, empathy, and evidence-based support. I hold a master’s in counselling psychology and a BA (Hons), and I am also a trained Homeopath (HOM). My advanced training includes Basic 1 & 2 EMDR with an attachment lens, somatic EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Polyvagal Theory.
