I'm a registered psychotherapist, with a very small private practice in Caledon, Ontario. I can help you unpack complicated life circumstances, identify what you are already doing right, and help you find new ways to move forward. I work with individuals, couples (heterosexual/same sex), and families (adolescents to elders) to find new ways of coping, communicating and connecting. I practice person-centred care, and employ a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) where evidence suggests best practice, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) with couples and families, and a blend of narrative and solution focused therapy with individuals.
