I am a Registered Psychotherapist and Certified Canadian Counsellor. I speak English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. My commitment is to provide a non-judgmental and empathetic environment that emphasizes resiliency, collaboration, and strength-building.

I have 20 years of clinical experience in a variety of settings (schools, group homes, mental health agencies, EAPs, and private practice) and primarily work with adolescents and adults. My practice focuses on applying scientifically validated procedures (e.g., CBT, DBT, EFT) to help people develop positive thinking, manage their emotions and relationship healthily, and learn more effective coping skills in meeting their life challenges.

No matter what your concerns are, there is always HOPE! The truth is you can overcome all these life challenges with professional help. Through psychotherapy/counselling, you will be able to explore your options and learn strategies to eventually manage your problems on your own.
