Bree is a therapist intern completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. With a background in therapeutic care, she is passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges. Bree takes a collaborative, strengths-based approach, ensuring clients feel heard, valued, and empowered in their journey toward personal growth.

She integrates Solution-Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify their strengths, develop practical strategies, and create meaningful change. Bree is particularly interested in working with individuals experiencing life transitions, self-esteem concerns, stress, and personal development. Her approach is client-centered, recognizing that each person’s experiences and needs are unique.

As a therapist intern, Bree is committed to fostering a safe, supportive, and goal-oriented space where clients can explore their concerns and work toward positive outcomes. She believes in the power of a strong therapeutic alliance and strives to provide a warm and non-judgmental environment where clients can build confidence, resilience, and coping skills.

Outside of her academic and professional pursuits, Bree enjoys self-care, walking her dogs, traveling, and continuously learning to enhance her practice. She is dedicated to ongoing growth and development, ensuring she remains informed on the latest evidence-based approaches in the field of psychotherapy.
