I help individuals who navigate through trauma, anxiety, and depression. I have a particular interest in supporting individuals with chronic conditions, drawing from my distinctive knowledge and history, especially in neuropsychiatric conditions, including bipolar disorder and epilepsy. Using an integrated approach focusing on psychodynamic, trauma-focused, and mind-body techniques, I tailor therapy to meet your unique needs within an anti-racist and queer-affirming framework. This integrated approach allows us to address the detailed picture of what you’re experiencing, not just the symptoms.
As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and a student of MA Counseling Psychology, I bring personal experience and an analytical perspective rooted in neuroscience to my therapeutic approach. Compassionate listening is at the heart of my practice, creating a safe space where your experiences are deeply heard and respected.
Suffering can often be viewed as a burden, but it can also be a powerful force for growth. Pain can guide us toward uncovering deeper layers of resilience and self-discovery. If this resonates with you, I invite you to book a free 30-minute consultation to explore whether we’re a good fit.
When contacting me, please mention my name so the clinic can forward me your request.
