I support individuals navigating symptoms related to trauma and ongoing mental health challenges, or seeking to make sense of life amid grief and loss. I am interested in working with those who experience chronic conditions, such as bipolar disorder and epilepsy, drawing from both knowledge and personal history. I am also drawn to supporting older adults as they navigate life’s later chapters. Compassionate listening is at the heart of my practice, providing a space where your experiences are deeply heard and respected.
As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and MA Counselling Psychology student, my integrative approach includes psychodynamic, trauma-informed, existential, somatic, and narrative therapies within an anti-oppressive, queer-affirming, and neuroscience-informed framework. I also might integrate expressive arts to explore your emotional experiences.
I believe therapy is a meaningful, long-term journey that fosters profound change. I provide a space where you feel seen and supported, and instead of merely managing symptoms, we explore the deeper patterns that shape your experiences. If this resonates with you, I invite you to book a free 30-minute consultation to explore whether we’re a good fit.
