I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental, and safe space where you can share your story and build on your strengths to create change. My approach is narrative-based, trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, feminist, 2SLGBTQ-affirming, and sex-positive. I use evidence-based, Narrative therapy practices, which are client-centred, grounded in empathy, collaboration, and humour.
I hold degrees in Fine Art, Psychology, Gender Studies and Counselling. As a researcher, I have experience in the fields of positive psychology, neuropsychology and Indigenous mental health research on resiliency and the intergenerational effects of trauma. I offer a compassionate space to work towards the changes you want to make in your life.
