Welcome to visiting Amelia Deng (AD) Psychotherapy. Thanks for trusting me for being your therapist. Therapy might be a new experience for you and I understand starting it may feel daunting. I’m honored that I can be here for you during this journey.
My name is Amelia and I am the founder of this Psychotherapy Clinic. I am a member in good standing of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CPRO). I work with adults presenting a variety of mental health difficulties due to anxiety, depression, mood disorders, relationship challenges, trauma, low self-esteem, and life transition issues. In therapy sessions, you can expect me using integrative treatment modality that focuses on emotional processing combined with a strength-based and culturally competent approach that is informed by my past experience working with different populations in Canada, China, and the United States.
